We are currently looking for a Graduate Business Development Executive to join our fun, growing an early-stage start-up. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is ambitious and looking for career progression. The successful candidate will carry out sales administration in a self-managed environment with minimal supervision and will have complete ownership of the Business Development function.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and monitoring of strategic marketing and business development activity. The role will include the generation of new accounts and managing of old accounts through
  • A proven track record in generating new business revenue
  • Business Intelligence gathering/research
  • Targeted Activity / Cold Calling
  • Customer visits to introduce the company/ company products as and when required
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the customers business needs
  • Great relationship-building skills

Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Polite, confident and friendly manner
  • Computer literate
  • Microsoft office
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the sales process to enhance sales in up-selling/cross-selling
Preference:
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Previous experience of sales within the healthcare technology environment
  • Experience in preparing proposals and negotiation
  • An understanding of primary, secondary and private healthcare sector
