Capri started its journey by solving challenges in primary healthcare. Coming from a transformation background and many years of experience in various industries, we understood the challenges involved in executing digital transformation programmes. In 2019 the NHS embarked on its Digital First initiative as part of its Long Term Plan. The timing was perfect for our founders to put their expertise and experience into action in Healthcare. We started by building a patient-centric solution which had the capacity to make the lives of both patients and healthcare staff easier. Being an agile organisation, the flexibility to innovate was fundamental to our development methodology, whilst continuing to support our product road map. We empowered our team to innovate and invest their efforts into building new products at a rapid pace to be ahead of our competitors.

Preeti is a Urgent Care Practitioner at Primary care medical practise. She brings her many years of clinical experience to our Clinical Safety team. She is responsible for ensuring effective clinical risk management. She also looks after recruitment of our clinical staff.
Maddy is a registered paramedic with strong leadership values. She is experienced in different roles as a Paramedic and working as part of a frontline ambulance crew. She also spoke in the Cabinet office to highlight diversity issue in the paramedics field.
